If a purchase has been declined online due to credit or debit card issues, please ensure all data is correct and resubmit. 4. Payment
Payment will be taken from the credit / debit card / PayPal / Google Checkout depending on your selection at the Checkout Process. Once your payment is fully received your download link becomes immediately available to download your Product.
5. Credit Card Disputes
In the event of unauthorized credit card use, you must notify your credit card provider immediately in accordance to its reporting rules and procedures.
In the event that you fully download a Product, then claim to your card issuer that you either did not place the order, or that you did not receive the Product, then we will provide your card issuer with an extensive report proving delivery of your digital goods or proof of your order. Please be aware that in this event, all chargeback fees will be charged back to you. Chargeback fees start at GBP 15.00 per transaction. Furthermore, your Credit Card issuer may decide to take further action as it is fraud to try to get a refund for something which you did not receive when you did actually receive it.
